Today, that takes place on a blog.
Thankfully, I’m not famous or well-known enough for anyone to actually give a damn about this kind of thing. So I will use my little corner as a place to make my notes, and of course, in making them I may never access them again. But no matter. At some point in the distant future it may be an interesting archive to my descendants to find and say, “look what dad wanted us to know about.”
With that all said, here’s a couple of sites I’d like to make note of.
Buzzfeed’s “16 Ways to teach your kid about David Bowie (and the World)” and “Ethan Hawke’s Black Album” as well as Nerdist’s Top 7 uses of David Bowie songs in movies
Stage Oddity is a great piece about an out there musical Bowie was working on (and off) before his last stage play Lazarus.
There was an outcry for the new periodic table of the elements entries to include a tribute to Lemmy. Have you heard anything similar for Bowie?
I have not, but he certainly deserves it!
