Well… It seems you can’t buy a bus ticket where the bus picks you up. Of course, by the time I discovered this, the agents office was closed. So I’m stuck in Copenhagen for the night and will be taking a train out at 7:45 in the morning. I’m in a hostel so it’s all good (although I was thinking about just sleeping at the train station but decided against it this early in the adventure.

This doesn’t change anything, still in Berlin tomorrow. Did have a wonderful day so far in Copenhagen and will write more about that soon.

It was a lazy Sunday… essentially, I haven’t been sleeping well – I go to bed late, waking up every couple hours and then sleeping later than I would like. So today seemed to be a day of catch up. Malin had stuff to do so I ended up hanging out trying to read. Continue reading “Sunday…” →

I have arrived safely in Malmo Sweden.  There will be a complete update later tonight.

Okay, so i went and visited my friend Ronn yesterday and he said I had done well with my purchases. My backpack is great and the various items I have are all appropriate. Two weeks from Thursday the adventure begins. Of course, it begins a little earlier than I’d like since I have to stop at the clinic on my way to the airport to get the second of my three hepatitis B&C vaccinations.

As it stands now, I think I have everything I’ll need (except a power adapter/converter) but I’m meeting with a friend who does a lot of backpacking who said he’d lend me anything I was shy on. Continue reading “Two Weeks and counting…” →
